The turkey’s in the oven, the ham is baked, the casseroles await their turn. Desserts are prepared (and a couple sampled). The next twenty-four hours promise to be a gluttonous, lazy haze, filled with family, food, and, of course, football.
Here’s wishing you the best of all of it.
Happy Thanksgiving. I truly love you all.

I am fond of you as I am the best stuffing/dressing and apple pie. Ask around these parts, that’ s a lot.
Only for you, it is year round; the fondness and love. I think, perhaps, it is even more than that.
Thank you for it’s return.

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, Wordnerd!

I am thankful that I’ve been able to cross electronic paths with folks like you who, when I grow up, hope to emulate by being a somewhat better person than I am now.
What you wrote about the trolls in your earlier post zinged me in the gut. My experiences online have simultaneously amazed me that people can be so, so good – and disgusted me beyond words with behaviors that defy description and understanding.
I’m sorry the trolls came out. I’m sorry they seem to come out every time sensitivity and caring are called for. I’m sorry they live at the fringes of a just online society, and feel compelled to stick their noses in whenever they feel the need to vent and scramble for attention.
But the idealist in me wants to believe that the world – and its people – are fundamentally good. So I’ll focus my attention on the Wordnerds of the world, the people who inspire me to be better. I’ll choose to ignore the morons in the process. I just don’t have the cycles to do anything else.
Sorry about the rant. Just wanted you to know I’m thankful for knowing ya. Happy Thanksgiving!

DEAR GOD ALMIGHTY! THIS IS THE BEST GAME I’VE SEEN ALL YEAR.
Sorry, the caps are off now. And I’m pretty sure I heard you saying some very bad words a few minutes ago. My stomach is still clenched. And I’m sweating like mad. TMI?!
What a GAME!
Come on, Tigers!
PS- Only for you would those words ever leave my lips;)

Aww, Bebe. I am so sorry. I cannot BELIEVE Arkansas went for the two-point conversion. And made it.
I KNEW LSU was gonna win.
My sympathies. Really. No joshin’. đŸ˜¦
