…did this whole March 11 daylight-savings-time blindside you as well? Because, c’mon. I read the internet, the newspapers, cereal boxes. I watch the news. So how did I miss this? How did I miss the fact that Congress enacted, in 2005, legislation to have DST to begin earlier and end later? And how on earth did I miss the fact that this has been a gradual thing, and that this year it’s set for Sunday?
Obviously, I’m not the only one confused. Mr. Cool got a call at 6:00 a.m. on his cellphone from a friend who wanted to know if it was six or seven o’clock. And my cellphone has been all wonky — the time was an hour ahead on it for a while this morning. But how did I miss this? Hello?
I’m going to crawl back under my rock now.
