Please take a minute and go visit Brenda Love, one of my very first blogfriends. Her family is going through a terrible ordeal, and I know that some kind words from the blogosphere, where she spends a lot of her free time, would be much appreciated. Knowing that a whole lot of people, friends and strangers alike, have you in their thoughts and prayers can be an incredible source of comfort.

I can’t make her comments page open. Not for lack of trying.
But I’ll be thinking of her, and her nephew, through the days to come. And hoping that medical science and pure good luck and a little serendipity all combine to give her the happy ending that the family deserves.
